After graduation from The University of Southampton in 1996, I spent two years at Southampton General Hospital as a junior physiotherapist. I then moved to the Wessex Nuffield Hospital where I was actively involved in the Sports Injury Clinic as well as working in orthopaedic outpatients.

In 2003 I moved into private practice, starting up Walnut Tree Physiotherapy to help clients with a wide variety of musculo-skeletal problems.

In 2004 I gained my Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice from the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and I am treasurer for the British Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine (South).

Away from my day to day practice I work with both British Swimming and British Gymnastics to provide physiotherapy cover for athletes in training camps and competitions at all levels, around the world.
